When is the Sanofi Showroom open?
Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m. you can explore every nook and cranny of the Sanofi Showroom.

No, you can visit free of charge. We are simply glad that you wish to come..
What age group is the Sanofi Showroom intended for?
Everyone can come and discover things in Showroom. But it is especially interesting for persons able to read.
Am I allowed to touch the exhibits?
Please do! You are expressly invited to touch, experiment and discover. It is precisely the purpose of Sanofi Showroom. Only this way can you discover how your body works. But please handle the exhibits with care, so that all visitors will be able to enjoy the Sanofi Shworoom.
Is Sanofi Showroom barrier-free?
Yes, the Sanofi Showroom is located on the ground floor and is designed so that you can easily access all parts of it with a wheelchair or stroller.
Is it possible to eat and drink in the Sanofi Showroom?
Eating and drinking is actually an important topic of the Sanofi Showroom. But it is a topic best dealt with in theory rather than practice, both to protect our exhibits and out of consideration for other visitors. We therefore ask you to refrain from snacking during your visit.
Is there a cloakroom?
We wanted to offer you lots of exhibits in the Sanofi Showroom, so there was no room for a cloakroom. You may carry a small bag with you inside any time. But especially when it is crowded we ask you not to bring bulky items of shopping or luggage to the exhibition.
Can I find somewhere to park?
There is a car park directly in the Sony Center itself, where parking charges apply.
Are there any toilets in the Sanofi Showroom?
In the Sanofi Showroom itself there are no toilets. However, the Sony Center has public toilets. A baby changing room is also located nearby in the basement level of the Potsdamer Platz arcade.
May I take photographs or make a video of the exhibition?
We are happy when you want to take pictures of your visit to our awesome exhibition. But now comes the big BUT: please only make a record for private use. For professional and/or commercial photography prior written consent is required.
May dogs be brought into the exhibition?
Of course your dog is also one of life’s wonders. If you are handicapped and have a guide dog or assistance dog, it is of course welcome, but other dogs must stay outside.
